Consent is recorded with every booking, waitlist entry and account. Each shop gets its own privacy policy and terms.

People stay in control

Customers can export their data or delete their account themselves. Deleted accounts are anonymised.

How quickly can my shop go live?

We set up your shop together with you: services, prices, team, hours, logo and colour. When we're done, your booking link works straight away and your 14 free days start.

Do my customers need an app or an account?

No. The booking page works in any browser. Customers can create an account for their history and loyalty card, and add the page to their home screen like an app, but they don't have to.

What exactly costs €1?

An online booking that actually took place. Bookings your team adds for walk-ins or phone calls are free, and so are no-shows and cancellations. There is no monthly fee and no commission on your revenue.

Can customers pay online?

Yes. Connect Stripe and customers can pay when they book, including a tip. Or keep it simple with pay in the shop. You choose.

Does it work with our Google Calendar?

Yes, per barber. Bookings are written into their Google Calendar and their private appointments block the booking page. Barbers can also subscribe to a personal calendar feed.

Can I put booking on my website and Instagram?

Yes. Use your booking link in your bio and Google profile, embed the booking flow on your website with one line of code, and print the QR flyer for the shop.

What happens with no-shows?

Reminders do most of the work. When someone doesn't show, mark it with one tap. It doesn't count for their loyalty card and you can see no-shows in the customer file.
